The focus of MentPro’s Mentorship Programs is the development of all levels of staff. Defining the gaps between present managerial leadership skills/competencies and those required for superior performance. Then, developing an individualized coaching/development plan to close these gaps. This is an individualized process targeted at valued executives who have the potential to grow and develop beyond their current positions.

Mentorship Service Benefits for Protégés

From a big-picture perspective, MentPro understands clearly that mentorship goes through three relationship models between the mentor and protégé. The three models are:

  • Coaching – this is the first relationship model, which starts of at the beginning of the mentoring process. The relationship is focused on changing behavior and acquiring skills
  • Mentoring – in the advanced relationship between mentor and protégé. The mentoring relationship here is focused on guidance
  • Soundboard – The last relationship model is where the mentor acts as a soundboard, in an equal and open relationship. In this relationship the mentor is assisting with direction and decisions with no hidden agenda. The benefit is obviously an unbiased opinion, which is normally not available in the work environment with peers who have vested interests in decisions

Service Cost

Pricing for this service is based on an agreed hourly rate depending on the seniority of the protégé.
